Having been in the building industry from leaving school, Adrian’s career path started on building sites before studying Architectural Technology at university. Which means his view of architectural problem solving has always been that of an industry insider. He passionately believes that delivering on a vision is all about perfectly executed detailing. And the vital importance of developing real-world-ready solutions to architectural challenges. His career then continued within the house building industry gaining vital skills which helped him progress in multiple architectural practice’s throughout Australia. Upon returning to the UK he quickly became Design Manager of a national housebuilder before setting up Ergo Projects.

Already a two-time director of other companies before she set up Ergo, Stacy brings a wealth of valuable experience to our team. She really enjoys the day-to-day challenges of running a small architectural practice; setting key targets for the team to achieve and taking a hyper-efficient approach to business administration.

Marina is someone who really lives our company mission – delivering on every detail. Her design skills and creative vision are combined with extensive technical knowledge. All of which helps her deliver the real-world-ready solutions that, we believe, elevate us above our competitors.

If they gave out prizes for multi-tasking Samantha would win one every year. She is a committed all-rounder with exceptional design and technical skills. Having already accumulated fourteen years in the house-building industry she has all the expertise necessary to manage multiple projects with a calm, unruffled, efficiency.
