Avant Homes, Vigo Lane

A modern development of 203 new homes comprising of a mix of 2,3,4 & 5 Bedroom Homes in County Durham. We were employed by Avant Homes to provide initial feasibility layout drawings. Following the successful purchase of the site, we then provided a full design service to accompany a detailed planning application to Durham County Council. Construction of the successful development began in 2017.
